Not sure if this is the right spot but I'm running out of options

So, to begin my breaker tripped in my room and my computer wouldn't boot after that. After Troubleshooting I found it to be an SSD that had nothing to do with Boot. Removed it other SSD still didn't want to boot. Would be detected in an External HDD/SDD bay though.

So, I refreshed and formatted the SSD to Windows Home - Then afterward went back to the education edition. Got all my drivers updated, my GPU Updated, windows updated and a game I've put countless hours on crashes. See Event Log Below.

I've also noticed it reverts all the game settings to default when it crashes. |
Twice the whole computer has frozen during the middle of this but nothing in the Event Viewer Logs.
I had absolutely no issues with the computer before the breaker tripping.

Seems to only do it to RuneScape have downloaded a few others and played them with no issue. Does it to both the stand-alone and the Steam Client.

I can start the game and leave it at the login screen and it will crash within 1 - 20 minutes
I can start Star Wars Squadrons though and leave it and it ran for an hour with no issues.

Tried using an anti-virus instead of Windows Defender
Ran SFC Scan - Found corrupt files after a fresh install - Not sure doesn't fix the issue though

Pulled the GPU and used MOBO Graphics.
nothing looks burnt from what I can see.
It will crash even if I do not do anything but launch the game and leave it.
