Gaining administrator privilege for Apps Data + I could see Apps Data earlier today and can't now

I have Windows 11 and need administrator access to Apps Data which is in Program files which I access by view --> show--> hidden items. I tried all the different ways I saw on the web to gain administrative access without success and now, even after restarting I can't even see the AppsData file.
