Full Screen Tab Not Fitting Screen

This is on a Surface Pro 7I just started up my laptop about 5-10 minutes ago & the tabs are being weird. All of my tabs that are in full screen aren't actually filling up the whole screen. They are in full screen I've made sure of that but they're not reaching the taskbar. Even if I make the tab smaller & resize it when it's smaller it does nothing. I tried updating it since sometimes that helps with issues I'm having but it was just an antivirus update. It does this with every new tab I open & it isn't getting in the way of anything it's just really annoying. I tried running the s
