Frozen random parts of browser for a few seconds

I have an annoying bug here. When I use it, especially with multiple pages and some game open at the same time, random parts of the screen (usually in the Chrome browser, but it also extends to Edge, less frequently) freeze for a few seconds, while the application in the foreground continues to work normally.
