Frozen desktop and taskbar, UWP apps won't run and windows short keys not working after restarting graphic driver.

HiI set my laptop to turn off the display after 5 minutes (not to sleep or hibernate), recently after leaving it for about an hour or longer, when I trigger it to get back the screen on, the taskbar is frozen (with loading cursor), right click on desktop and pressing win, win+R, win+E, even ctrl+F4 don't work.Restarting Windows Explorer from task manager didn't solve the problem, I have to restart the windows.So, this started in the last couple of days and happened 3 times this week, I can't lose my work every time, so this time I searched "Fix frozen windows" and I saw win+ctrl+shift+B for re
