Front headphone jacks are no longer playing sound (but pic up microphone).

I recently updated windows and noticed that the headphone jacks on the front of my PC are not longer playing any sound. The headphone jacks on the back work and the headphones have been tested in these are working correctly (multiple headphones have been check all with the same issue that the sound doesn't play on the front jacks). I think it may be due to a driver issue and I have tried uninstalling the driver although unsure I did it correctly as after the PC started the devices still appeared in the device manager.This is the only real information I have,Device settings for S
