Freshly Windows 11 stuck

Hello everyone, right now I'm facing a problem for my freshly installed windows 11. So the problem is it stuck at "Getting devices ready" at it's first boot and up until now still waiting for 30 mins and still no progress and also the loading thingy that spin is stuck in 1 position.I've seen some people tried "resetting bios, unplugging all devices and also tried different storages since I have 2 SSD I tried both of them yet the problem still exist"So right now I really don't know what to do..., 2 hours ago, I reverted to windows 10 by installing it to usb and it works flawlessly, so I tried a
