Fresh Windows 11 Trial Temporarily Loses Display Signal Before Loading Into Desktop

Hey gang!Recently build a system for a friend and have run in to an unusual quirk on a fresh install of the OS and drivers.Windows 11 V10.0.26100 / B26100What happens is when I start the computer, it'll hit the POST screen and then the Windows loading animation but then after that my monitor will lose signal and the PC just hangs on something. The SSD activity light is solid and there aren't any diagnostic LEDs on my motherboard then after a couple of minute the SSD activity light will blink, the signal is regained and it loads in to desktop without issue.
