Fresh Win11 Pro Install with Win10 Ent key?

Hi,I am wanting to start using Windows 11 soon in advance of the support end date for Windows 10. I've been made aware that it is possible to transfer keys from 10 to 11, so long as the version is the same. For me that means 10 Enterprise to 11 Enterprise. Not entirely sure I need Enterprise, and it seems there are extra hoops to even get the ISO to begin with. Is there a route to doing a fresh Windows 11 Pro(or home) install with a Windows 10 Enterprise key? I don't mind if there's a few extra steps or if it's a little complex - if it's not possible I'm open to Enterprise if getting the ISO i
