Frequently Coming Blue Screens

Hi, Recently from past 3 months i have been getting this Blue Screen and they are annoying they come in between of some important work and wastes my time and energy , but i have noticed something the first time it every showed on my screen was when i used canva for one of my projects and same thing ised to hapen when i opened canva but after that event it stoped for a while and biw they are coming frequently just when you click on some icons the blue screen appears.
