frequent system failures/ bsod for months

computer has been experienceing random BSOD for the last 5 months, sometimes it was critical process died, sometimes it was unexpected store, and it was sometimes also kernel data inpage error, i have tried countless fixes, DISM, sfc, a lot of virus checks, and driver corrupt checks, check disk, lowering cpu performance in case the problem is overheating, checking the event in the event viewer and following guides to further fix the problem that shows in the event viewer and none of them worked, so as a last option i tried resetting the pc, and of course, its still oftenly shows a BSOD, i also
