Frequent PC Freezes and Crashing (BSOD) - HELP!

Hi, I'm experiencing some problems and was given a pop-up with information that pointed to a log.

I will post both of those here for anyone who wishes to help.

It gave me some .dmp files, but I don't know how to upload them or where to send those.
