Freeze and BSOD after waking from Sleep Mode

I've been dealing with freezes and BSODs right after waking my PC for a few weeks now. 3 times, my PC has frozen for 20-60 seconds and then recovered right after waking. 2 times, it froze for about 10-20 seconds and then crashed to BSOD with DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATIONI've noticed that after each time it froze and then recovered without crashing, my Crucial SSD would disappear shortly after and would not show up until I restarted.
