Freeze and BSOD after waking from Sleep Mode

A few days ago my PC froze for about 30 seconds right after waking up and signing in and then came back to life (unfroze) with no signs of issues. I noticed a few hours later that one of my SSDs wasn't showing up in file explorer, device manager, or disk management. It only reappeared after restarting. Not sure if it's related. Today, it woke up and froze again, but this time it went to BSOD showing DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION. Below is the only dump file I have in my minidump folder Dump File:Dropbox

I've just had a BSOD when waking my machine from sleep mode. The STOP code displayed is WIN32K POWER WATCHDOG TIMEOUT.
