I really hope Microsoft rep can escalate this asap. I am running out of ways to actually contact Microsoft Store. They show a number on website - it does not work. Issue - My account was hacked and a laptop was purchased. I got my money back to my account via bank, then paypal also removed payment as per my response. Yet Microsoft goes full steam ahead and takes the order up to delivery stage. During this process I have no way to cancel, edit, change or amend the placed order.
