Forza Horizon 5 keeps crashing

Good Morning,We have downloaded FH5 through the xbox app on Asus laptop, and it keeps crashing at loading screen without giving me any errors.I checked that my laptop meets the requirements.Uninstalled and reinstalled the app.Created a shortcut and run as administrator but nothing is working yet.Thanks to assist.
