Fortnite unban?

Alright so since half a year i go i got officially banned by fortnite for "cheating" i have already sent 3 emails on the ban. i used a macro to mess with my friends and i deleted it before my ban(i diddnt know it was bannable) atleast people told me that) can someone help me?
