Fortnite Permission Issue - XBOX Cloud Gaming (Win11)

Hello. Regarding the subject issue, I am somewhat new to the Microsoft Family Safety (Android) app that I use to manage my son's gaming laptop running Windows 11. Is there a way for me to configure the settings within MS Family Safety to allow him to play Fortnite via the XBOX Cloud Gaming interface within Windows 11 on his laptop? See attached image for the message I receive when attempting to load & run the Fortnite game. I also manage his Fortnite gaming via the Epic Games account I created for him.
