Fortnite crashes almost right after anticheat launches.

Since about 2 months ago i havent been able to open fortnite. Every time i open the game the pc just crashes. I am not able to access task manager and as well as click power button change settings etc etc. Every time the game instead of opening redirects me back to the epic games launcher. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times as well as the launcher. Also tried running the game with a cleanboot.
