Formatted my PC to put Windows on my other drive, but now the key isn't recognised

Formatted my HDD to put windows on my SSD. After having done so, I got my key with ShowKeyPlus and tried to re activate Window to no avail.My Windows was originally 10, which was upgraded to 11. Installed 11 here. It's not connected to a Microsoft account.
