Forgot Windows Password - unable to reset

Hello, I have the following issue:I turned my laptop off and when I went to turn it on, I had to write the bitlocker code. All good so far, I found the code. Now, every time I used my computer, I used my fingerprint or my PIN to get in. But I can’t anymore, it doesn’t give me the option to use my fingerprint and it says my PIN is not available to use.The other problem is, I forgot my password and I can’t reset it. Why? Because the only option that is giving me is to use an USB to reset it. But I never used one to save my password, so it doesn’t work either.I’ve tried going to Safe Mode—it did
