For some reason the fingerprint option is not working. It says I need to use my pin, but I cannot remember it. I have tried every possible combo I can think of. When I click “reset pin,” it prompts me to login to my account with my email and password. But because I just updated my security information, I can not go any further as it is pending for 30 days. What can I do? I need to use my laptop asap.
