Forgot my administrator account password

I recently bought a new PC and I created a Microsoft account and set it as administrator on my device but I forgot the password, however I am sure from the one I created, now I can't access even my outlook and as the the account was new I couldn't set an alternative email or phone number. When I asked for recover my account they reply that I didn't provide sufficient information to validate my account ownership.How can I recover my account so I can use my pc sufficiently?
