Forced my laptop to download an update and now it's not charging. How do we fix that?

This past weekend I notice a yellow circled at the bottom right corner. I never really download these do to errors. So to see it being forced downloaded and now my laptop stopped charging as soon as it reloaded, How do you fix this?
