Forced email usage as a logon. I want to eliminate that and have no emails associated to this computer. How can I do that?

I have this really annoying issue where I just bought a brand new windows laptop, and not only am I required to register an email to begin using this device, but it appears that the only accounts I can use to login to my computer are microsoft registered emails. I dont want that at all. I just want to create a plain text account thats an administrative account. I dont want any emails being linked to this new laptop. I want to have a blank slate with no identifying information. I dont want to compromise either. I want to have 1 admin user on this laptop named "User", I dont want any emails bein
