ForceClassicControlPanel registry parameter (or corresponding policy) has no effect in current version of Windows 11

Hi,I have tried tried all possible settings and set the ForceClassicControlPanel value to 1 everywhere I could find it in the registry. To no avail. The Control Panel always opens in Categories mode.Windows 11 23H2 22631.3958 Thanks in advance.
