Force upload chrome Extensions from C drive

I have an unpacked Chrome extension, and I want to forcefully install it in the Chrome browser from the C drive, not from a server like the Web Store. I have tried methods suggested by ChatGPT, such as using Group Policy (GPO) and Registry Editor (Regedit), but they didn’t work. Please guide me on how I can forcefully install the Chrome extension from the C drive.This is the extension path in c drive C:\Extensions\Data integrity work extensions\For Email finding all extensions\Email Finder\0.1.9_0
