Force Home edition activation

I have a laptop with a windows 11 Pro OEM key. I have nothing on the machine that I need to keep. I wanted to do a clean install of windows 11 Home to test something for some documentation I am putting together about dealing with Bitlocker, now that Bitlocker is included on "Home" PCs. I only intend to keep home on the machine for a couple of hours at the most. I will then reinstall Pro. I downloaded a fresh USB stick from MS and added the file ei.cfg in the sources folder. The file has the following:[EditionID] Home [Channel] OEMAfter the installation, the machine still has win 11 pro.I
