Forbidden symbol appearing when trying to move file to My Computer, Library and other drives

I recently installed Windows 10 and on the same day, suddenly, I could no longer move files between folders in the left pane, such as My Computer, Library and other connected HDs, because a red prohibition symbol appears under the mouse when I try. I tried solutions in videos on the internet and it didn't work.
