For some reason I can't hear the audio on my pc and when I go to the audio settings my monitor speaker does not show up.

For some reason I can't hear the audio on my pc and when I go to the audio settings my monitor speaker does not show up. I have these two duplicates of a digital audio device though that I have never seen or heard of. Any explanation or answer?
