Fonts changed for everything in MicroSoft to BOLD ITALIC and my categories are MISSING and cannot be added.

I would like all my applications to be changed back to Calibri LIGHT, 11 for ALL Applications. I have changed where I can but EVERYTHING is BOLD ITALICMy categories are missing for my emails, I would like them back but they will not add back. Please see screenshots.Happy to remote you inCourtney
