FN KEYS

Hi, so i got this problem where my symbols +ěščř(1234 etc.) wont work, instead it gives me fn keys shortcut. Instead of number one it counts as f-one key and opens new tab. dont know what to do, tried everything. fn plus esc, reinstall keyboard driver, bios etc.
