Fn and multimedia keys swap in addition, ports are in active after hibernation or sleep.

Good day, any assistance will be appreciated.Any time I hibernate or sleep my laptop, and I turn it back on, my function and multimedia keys get swapped. My USB ports also doesn’t work. I have to restart get into bios then reset to factory default before it comes back the minute I hibernate or sleep or shut down, I have to repeat all over again it’s a pain in the b**t.I have performed the following actions but it still persists,Update BIOS and FirmwarePerform a clean bootsince I do not have any additional profile on my laptop hence I can’t Change Account Profiles.Can someone please assist me
