I am looking for suggestions about the best (or your favorite) FLV player

out there for a windows XP platform.

Frequently I have to watch lots of YouTube video. I am interested in both

shareware & freeware.

KM Player from kmplayer.com works great for me and my youtube videos and its

a freebie.
