Hi,
This happens all in a sudden, I was using a Surface Pro and a Logitech M2X mouse with an external monitor (non-touch). One day, a line of semi-transparent circles appear out of no where and taking control of my OneNote by clicking on and off of different OneNote functions on the top tools bar.
This is very annoying as I cannot control my mouse effectively and not able to control my OneNote functions. Tried many methods to solve, even uninstall the Logitech mouse option app. I found that this will disappear under 2 scenarios:
1. Put the Surface onto sleep mode and wake up then it will be gone but will come back sometime later
2. Disable the touch screen of my Surface (under Device Manager, HID option) and it disappeared. But I need to use my Surface touch screen.
Anyone has any resolution of this?
