Flash Player 11.5.7.609

[Summer1]

I had Shockewave Player 11.5.1r601 installed and I noticed that 11.5.7.609

is the latest so I attempted to install it but an error message came up

staing 'The saystem must be restarted to complete the installation. Please

try installation after restarting the computer.'



I went into Add/Remove programs and deleted my version and then went back to

the Adobe website to install 11.5.7.709 again but the same message came up so

now I do not have a Shockwave Player.



Help!

I figured it out.



Since I was in my 'User' account, I had to sign in to my 'Administrator'

account and install it that way. I now have the latest version of Shovkwave.

You might try downloading the manual installation package for the Shockwave

Player:

http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/ge...h/win95nt/latest/Shockwave_Installer_Slim.exe



Download it and save it to your Desktop and run it from there.



NOTE: If you don't want the Google Toolbar installed along with the

Shockwave Player, be sure to uncheck it during the installation process.
