I've had so many issues trying to update Windows 11, version 23H2 & 2024-10 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 (KB5044033) and i've fixed all up until install error 0x800700c1 and so far i mean it when i say i've tried EVERYTHING. i've tried:CMD scriptsDriver updatesFactory reset with & without saving personal informationRe-Downloading Windows ISO from USB and from computer diskWindows Media ToolWindows Update AssistantWindows TroubleshooterWindows Anti-Virus Full-Scan x10Etc.It always gets to 100% installed for 2024-10 Cumulative U
