Stage 1: 4% (61356 of 1356544); Total: 1%; ETA: 999:00:00 Error message for last two weeks, stopped making progress at 4 percent help needed. This error message appeared as I tried to run my PC one day. I understand that it is sort of a hardware issue or hard drive issue/ disk issue something of that sort.
