Fixing Black Screen of Death Windows 10

I couple of days ago my computer froze while I was using it. The only way to get it to stop was to hit the power button which I did. It worked fine for a couple hours and then froze again. I had to turn it off again but this time I was met with just a black screen after my computers motherboard logo. I have done many things. I first checked the BIOS which was all normal. In the WinRE I tried to do system restore, startup repair, system image recovery. None of these worked so I tried to reset my computer to keep my files with both a cloud and local install.
