Fix Wuthering Waves Client Win64 Shipping exe Application Error 0xc000007b

When I click "Start" on the launcher, it reopens but doesn't open my game at all. Is there a fix? No one knows what's going on, and I need help. I have updated everything including DirectX, AMD drivers, C++, and more, and have reinstalled it 5 times.
