Fix "We can't open (file). You don't have permission to access this file."

Hello! I have some saved files from 2021 and I haven't used this PC in a while. Now, when I check out File Explorer, the files have a lock symbol on it, and when I click them, it says "We can't open (file). You don't have permission to access this file.". I made the files a few years back, and am pretty much the owner, how can I fix this and see the contents inside my files again? These are video files but there is an image file too.
