Fix the annoying bug that keeps happening when you click on a search fact on the locms screen

When you click on a question or fact on the lock screen, the laptop freezes and you need to wait with its lid closed for about 10mins-2 hours. I first experienced this bug in Nov 2020, and is still occurring on the lastest versions of Windows 10/11.
