Fix my windows 10 Installation/ boot as it cannot boot past recovery and most repairs fail.

Resetting fails, repairs fail, most commands fail (could be more that haven't been tried), system restore also fail. I've tried everything and nothing seems to work. This all came after swapping case and adding a AIO to my pc. After that the pc wouldn't boot past recovery environment. Using another Drive I have installed windows 10 on it to use the PC. All files in the drive are fine. Able to access all but still can't boot past RE. Any ideas on how I can fix this? Error codes ran into: 0x00000f, 0xc0000001. After researching both no solutions that I found worked.
