Fix for Kernel Security Check Failure when booting from a USB drive.

I need to install Windows 11 on a new SSD but when booting from the installation USB I get the error "Kernel Security Check Failure" and gets stuck in an infinite restart with that loop. I've literally tried every single fixed I have found on the internet, this is my last ditch effort.I can't access windows at all so no command prompt, advance features, start-up repair or any of that stuff. Can't change UEFI to Legacy as it's not an option to change it at all. Tried disabling secure boot and stuff, removing the memory stick just gives me "no bootable device".
