Fix 0x80070643 Error On Windows 10

I am trying to post this again because the last time I attempted this the post disappeared. This is Windows 10 64-Bit, where downloading anything is hit and miss. Routine updates for my browsers seem to work for now, but not Windows Update through Settings. There are two updates in particular that do not update and install. It seems that I tried everything that comes up on Search, even the steps to perform at the command prompt. What should I do next?
