first start windows 10 every day very slow

Hi,My computer got a problem that first time to start win 10 every day , it will be waiting for over one hour to show the login screen（in the meantime, the display screen may occasionally flicker), then if I login to desktop and restart or shut down and turn it on again, it will be returned to normal.But the next day when I first time to start the windows, it will need over one hour and screen flicker again... this confuses me a lot, I have installed the correct graphics card driver, could you please help, thanks.
