Firmware Protection System Guard is turned off permanently

I am using both a laptop and a desktop, both are bought for home use and using the latest Windows 11 Pro edition and with very recent hardware, but both also do not have System Guard\Firmware Protection\Secure Launch turned on in the Core Isolation part of Windows Security. In the System Information app it is set as configured but it is not running. It simply does not appear normally, and if I do set it to Not Configured in the Group Policy then it appears as an administrator-protected item (but it is not).
