Firewall manual inbound rule not executed after 24H2 update

Hi,After several back and forth restores of the previous version of windows 11 (from disk image) and upgrade back to 24H2 again, I've reached to this conclusion:A certain manually created inbound rule is not executed anymore after 24H2 upgrade.I have a linux service auto-started in WSL (windows linux subsystem - ubuntu). WSL is set with "mirrored" option in settings (same IP as the host).That service has a specific open port for communications with LAN and internet.Before upgrading to 24H2, when windows machine is rebooted, the rule is automatically executed after reboot and the linux service
