Fingerprint sign-in option is not working.

I'm trying to setup my sign-in by using my Fingerprint. However, it has not accepted any finger I used. I try closing out and starting over with a different finger tapping and lay flat for about 15 minutes each time with no success.I need help, since Microsoft does not provide a phone number where I can talk with a human being.* Moved from Community Center
