Fingerprint sensor not working for login on 1st boot of Windows 11 and very slow startup

on the first login screen it does not work, i have to use the pin.afterwards the Fingerprint sensor works normally,even if I Try leaving the laptop on and the login screen on for 1-2 minutes after powering on to see if some process has to complete before the fingerprint sensor 'wakes up'. it does not work. Windows biometric service is set to automatic start, and I also didn't change anything.The driver being used is the latest one from HP.not many services startup and i do not have a lot of apps that AutoStart NOR the load is too big on the system for those that I have enabled. takes me more t
